BOF4 Novelization Import (image heavy).

Postby Relic » Sun Sep 13, 2015 11:59 am

Hello Forum.
I have a modest stack of imported Breath of Fire books. I thought I'd share some scans. They can be a bit difficult to find, so maybe not everyone here has seen them.

These are from the Breath of Fire IV novelization. It looks to be officially licensed, there's a Capcom copyright on the front flap. The Wiki says it was published by Enterbrain, but the back of my book has a Famitsu Bunko logo.

Shame, I hardly know any Japanese so I can't actually read it. It's a slim little book, kind of hard to believe they managed to fit the whole story into it.
Oh well, at least the cover looks really nice.

Enjoy!

EDIT:

I have a link for Google Drive:

Anybody else on here have some cool BOF books?
EDIT 2! Photobucket doesn't seem to be working so well for me anymore. Old photobucket images have been replaced with a new attachment image.

Stupid questions, but how far is this different from the BoF IV manga Utsurowazarumono?

Not stupid at all, but as far as I remember, this one came long long long before the manga.

dindevalhalla:
I'm happy to share the scans with you! Books have always been how I treated myself.

Nina Windia:
I could be persuaded!
Give me a little time. How shall I share them with you? Dropbox link?

CarnageCrayon:
Alas! I have no idea how different it is from the manga in terms of story. Nina could very well be right, the only year I can see in the book itself is 2000. So it's possible it was published when BOF4 was released. AND its possible that 2000 relates to Capcom's copyright, and isn't related to the publication date.
Wish I could tell you more.

Drop box could work, or other sites to upload it.

Maybe even google shared files?

Okay! Let's give this a try.
I have a link for Google Drive:

Let me know if there's a preferred means to share these sorts of things.
Also! Let me know if there's anything I need to do to the scans.

I've got a couple of other books I need to scan too, if this works I'll share those in the same way.
Enjoy!
